Wider Impact of FastMonday
One of the surprising things about FastMonday is how many people who have not signed up are either doing FastMonday themselves or doing their particular version of the practice.
I’ve had messages from people who now just eat fruit on Mondays or go without something on Mondays or fast to a particular time on Mondays and other people who do a one day fast on another day of the week because Mondays doesn’t work for them.
One of the founding principles of FastMonday is “it’s your fast” and you should know from us that whatever you do is fine. The main aim of FastMonday is to interrupt the relentless daily over consumption of food.
