How does FastMonday work?

FastMonday starts on Sunday and finishes on Wednesday.
The times before and after are an integral part of the process.
Don’t go stuffing yourself or overindulging on Sunday and the same for Tuesday.
If you find yourself doing this it may be that FastMonday is not for you.

Don’t eat after 9.00pm latest on Sunday evening.
When you get up on Monday start with a big glass of water and then prepare your juice for the day.

Make contact with your buddy and set up your communications for the day.
Have your first juice at  9.00am.
Water at 10.30am
Juice at 12 noon
Water at 1.30pm
Juice at 3.00pm
Water at 4.30pm
Juice at 6.00pm
Water at 7.30pm
Get on our conference call at 8.00pm. Same numbers as the morning.
Juice or broth after this call. We recommend Bouillon. Half a teaspoon with hot water.
Water as necessary.
When you wake up on Tuesday the Fast breaks naturally but make sure you check out our CrazyTuesday. page and don’t go mad the next day. Eat simply on Tuesday morning and don’t go and eat a massive fry up – it will make you ill. Cereals and fruit in small quantities until your stomach is used to food again.
