One of my favourite journalists is Giles Coren – Restaurant Critic of The Times and surely one of the funniest writers of our age. So you can imagine my delight to find him investigating the whole world of eating less in this weeks Times Magazine. No great conclusions are reached and I certainly wouldn’t recommend what sounds like a morale sapping diet but notice his interest in the joys of an empty stomach and marvel at his wonderful wordsmithing.
